Which Milwaukee band included a future member of a group with five top-40 hits? When did the writer of a 1981 Crystal Gayle hit have her only record release? How did an early rockabilly artist land in Wisconsin and later work for Bill Clinton? Where was the seemingly ubiquitous Sammy Marshall actually based?

LIQUID PINK LIVE
Liquid Pink was a supernova on the Milwaukee music scene in the mid-late eighties - a brilliant flash and then it was over. More than 20 years later these two live shows were pulled out of the vaults of videographer Ron Faiola.

These two full shows from 1987 (Cafe Voltaire) and 1988 (Odd Rock Cafe) shows the band (Peder Hedmann, guitar, vocals - Dale Kaminski, bass, vocals - Rob McCuen, drums, vocals) at their peak - loud jangly dance inducing POWER POP.

The videos include some rare scenes of the interior of Cafe Voltaire/Odd Rock, which was torn down in the 1990s.

Act now before these DVDs go back into the vaults.

CHIEF "CHIEF"
Hailing from MilROCKee, Wisconsin, CHIEF puts the 'power' in power trio.  Combining the finest elements of punk rock, power pop, '70's guitar rock and the NWOBHM, CHIEF forges songs like blacksmiths forge metal...with sweat, dirt and brawn.  They're also pretty damn nice guys, too.

The self-proclaimed 'Greatest Rock Band In The World' comes out blazing on its 14-track debut disc simply entitled 'CHIEF'.

You'll get up and air jam to the opening cowbell on 'ManClimber', then keep your fists pumping through tracks like 'I Hunt For Action', 'Gods Eye' and 'Loose Goose' until you find yourself rocked into submission, where on the last track you are heeding the 'Call Of The CHIEF'.

This band IS rock and roll.

CRUSTIES - "RATS REVENGE"
"After twenty years, Milwaukee's favorite Hardcore sons The Crusties are back to reclaim the Hardcore scene for the true believers.

Fusing eighties brutality with quirky, offbeat and incredibly catchy songs buoyed by a level of musicianship and melody that's almost non-existent within the hallowed halls of twenty first century Hardcore.

'Rats Revenge' expands on the blueprint the band laid down throughout the eighties and nineties, creating a sonic attack designed to once again make punk rock a threat, challenging the narrow confines of genre and established ideas of how a punk rock record should sound, and in doing so, reveals the underground's longest, best kept secret, The Crusties.

With the world going to hell in a hand basket it's time for 'Rats Revenge'." - Mass Movement Magazine
